The hotel and twin room were tidy. Exceptional view of ocean. Restaurant in venue was small and the pool area was amazing!

Facilities were pretty nice, nonetheless Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

i came here for 1 night and had a superb stay. everything was brand-new and clean, i enjoyed rooms and staff. fantastic central hotel in a fancy area of bacalar. besides, i was very close to a lagoon and lakes.

Great place for a 2-night stay. The room was beautifully decorated and the staff were helpful, it had reliable wi-fi. Lots of supplies in the room: climate control, a safe box and a mini-fridge-bar. It was a 10-15 minute walk from Los de Atlixco, serving fast food.
